Return & Exchange Policy :
- Return or Exchange Request to be made within 5 days of delivery.
- Exchange orders are placed upon pick up of your return. Limited stock may lead to unavailability of your chosen product; our team will contact you for an alternative in such cases.
- For Return & Exchange; we do charge a partial shipping fee of Rs. 180/-. for the same. Sometimes, for some addresses, reverse pickup facility may not be available. In that case we may ask you to ship the product back to us at your own cost and risk.
- Refunds are only made in terms of a Store Credit.
- Store Credit will be shared once the order is picked up from the customer.

Each order is eligible for a return only once. Orders placed using a Store Credit are not eligible for any Returns.

In case of any damaged/ defective or missing products in your order kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded.

Once we receive your communication within 48 hrs; we will either Re-deliver exchange product(s) or replace product with another product from our website within 15 working days. This is subject to product availability in the size desired by customer. If the product is out of stock/unavailable, then the customer will choose between keeping store credit/choose a different exchange product.

Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products. We also sell handcrafted products and these are all signs of authenticity.
- The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.
- Please note, products from our brand bought from other marketplaces like Nykaa, Myntra are not eligible for any return or exchange at our store or on the website.

If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may self-ship the product to our warehouse. After the item passes QC, you will receive ₹180 as store credit to compensate for your shipping cost.
Return & Exchange Request Process:
- State the return reason and select the item to be returned along with images in case of any defect/damages on our whatsapp No +917387334944 or mail id: support@mirissa.in
- A return pickup will be initiated for orders within India if the reasons for returns are found valid.
- Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.
- Return or Exchange requests for orders placed using a store credit will be rejected.
Store Credit:
- A store credit will be issued after the return order is received and inspected for Quality check. It will be provided via email.
- The store credit is valid for 180 Days.
- The credit will be for the sale amount of the returned products.
- Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.
Order Cancellations :
- Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. If cancelled post shipping, Rs.300 will be deducted from the order value.
International Orders:

If you decide to return your order, you are responsible for shipping the product back and bearing the associated shipping and customs charges.

We do not facilitate reverse pick-ups for International Orders.

A store credit or refund will be issued for the value of the returned product only.

Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

International Orders are not eligible for exchanges. The refund of shipping charges varies on a case-by-case basis, and ultimately, the company retains the authority to make the final decision.
Alternatively, customers can request to return the product when someone is traveling from their country to India without incurring additional shipping costs.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can share images as proof with us at support@mirissa.in The issue will be recorded, and further steps will be communicated to you. A store credit of the same value or a full refund can be made in such cases.
Refunds:
REFUNDS WILL TAKE 7-14 WORKING DAYS.
Please Note : We only do money refunds in case of Wrong or Damaged products being delivered. In any other case, a refund is made only in terms of STORE CREDIT.
- Returns take approximately 12 to 14 working days to reach the company.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only once the return reaches the warehouse and is thoroughly checked by our in-house team which takes 1-2 working days.
- Post that it takes 2-3 business days to credit the refund internally.
- It will take the bank or portal also 2-3 business days to process/reflect the refund.
- A flat fee of Rs.200 will be deducted in case of Money Refunds. No return fee will be charged in the case of damaged products.
- For COD orders, the refunds will be done only on online link which will be sent to the registered contact number. Incase of non redemption of the link, you can contact our customer service within 3 months for a new link.
- A refund will be made for the sale amount of the returned products.
- Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.
- The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.
